Waste Management Briefing
Members received a briefing from Peter O’Connell, Executive Head of Street Scene Services, on the issues affecting the future of waste disposal in Sutton. Plans to address the increasing costs of using landfill and meeting national recycling targets beyond 2009 were presented.
As a Liberal Democrat I believe that the work of politicians should be open & transparent. By detailing some of the work I am engaged with I can be accountable to the residents of Wallington South who voted me to be their representative on Sutton Council.
