Planning Decision on Former Magistrates Court due 27th March

The application by McCarthy & Stone to build on the site of the former Magistrates Court will be decided at the Development Control Committee on Wednesday 27th March at 7.30pm in meeting room 1 at Civic Offices, Sutton.

There have been just four objections to the application and nine letters of support.

The proposals in summary are:

D2012/66638 Former Magistrates Court SHOTFIELD Wallington SM6 0JA  Demolition of building and erection of a part three part five storey building to provide forty two 1 – bedroomed and fifteen 2 – bedroomed assisted living extra care accommodation for the frail elderly (Class C2) including ancillary and communal accommodation and Community facilities (Class D1)
